This past March, Keith Hayes, CEO of IMMCO, visited our offices in India (Kochi, Hyderabad) and Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This was Keith's third trip to India since joining IMMCO in 2020. Since his last visit in 2022, the office in Kochi, India has expanded and an additional office had been built in Hyderabad, India. Keith had the opportunity to witness all of these changes and share his vision for the future of the company directly with the teams based in these two cities. As a special treat to the company, Pam Hayes, Keith's wife, also accompanied him on this trip. The IMMCO team generously showed the pair of them many of the charms of Kerala during their trip while also inviting them into their homes to share meals and get to know one another's families.
Vyshnaw Sadanandan, Director of Operations at IMMCO, shared his thoughts, noting that, "Similar to the past two visits, Keith's visit this time was a great inspiration to all of us at SGES. Employees were energized and motivated by his presence and there is a renewed sense of unity toward achieving our company goals. Unlike his previous visit, Pam also joined Keith, which sent a great message to the team that even as we grow bigger, we continue to maintain that family atmosphere that we've always had at IMMCO. Outside of work, we were so amazed by Keith's and Pam's willingness to learn and understand the history and culture of Kerala/India.”
Vinil George, Senior HR Manager at IMMCO, shared that, "While visiting, Keith & Pam inaugurated a badminton tournament organized by a club near the IMMCO office in Kochin. There were 18 professional teams participating in three categories. IMMCO was one of the tournament sponsors. The local community, club members, and players were very impressed by Keith & Pam’s presence and Keith’s inaugural speech. The pair kicked off the event by making the first serve."
Manju Jayaraj, Assistant Manager in HR at IMMCO, also commented about her time spent with Keith and Pam. “I had a great opportunity to host Ms. Pam Hayes. I found in her a great teacher, a good mom, and an intelligent entrepreneur. The time I spent with her was splendid. She is such a down-to-earth person; I never felt that we were meeting for the first time. The shopping day with Keith and Pam was also a memorable moment for me because I got a chance to interact with both as people, not just as colleagues."

For his part, Keith was pleased to find that which each consecutive visit, everyone felt more comfortable communicating with him as he strives to maintain an open and positive work culture. Sooraj R. Krishnan fully supports this attitude, saying, "A positive work culture is one that prioritizes the well-being of the employees, offers support at all levels within the organization, and has policies in place that encourage respect, trust, empathy, and support. All of which IMMCO embodies." Below is a picture of Keith's visit to Sooraj's home.
On the return journey from India, Keith and Pam also made a stopover in Amsterdam, where they caught up with Marc Hollander and Daniel Etman (pictured below) who lead IMMCO's European efforts, which includes current and future customers and projects in several central European countries, the UK, and Ireland.
Overall, the trip was a great success. The visit by Keith to India, and the visits made by team members in India to the United States continue to strengthen channels of communication across borders for our company and boost our collective team morale. And, it has been a great way for the team to celebrate the past year of many milestones achieved at IMMCO together.
